PROCESSING:
Allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled and a tracking number issued.
DELAYS/MISSING PACKAGES:
We are NOT responsible for ANY delays, missing packages, and or inconveniences. Once your package is with the shipping carrier we have NO control. Feel free to contact USPS at +1-800-275-8777.
EXCHANGES:
Due to COVID-19 refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted. For protection of our team and customers. Please order the correct size and item. Enter the correct, FULL shipping address to avoid any problems.

FULFILLMENT:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped on business days MONDAY-FRIDAY. 9AM-6PM. On Saturdays we fulfill and ship out orders from 10AM-1PM. SUNDAYS ARE CLOSED! We do NOT ship out any orders on Sundays!
SHIPPING:
First class package: 1-3 Business days.
Priority mail: 1-2 Business days.
Priority mail express: Next day (depending on location)
